War of 1812 celebration

In my opinion this celebration is probably the best thing that the Conservatives have done during their reign of terror. However.... yes...yes I know I always have a "However". The big question is.... "Is this an attempt by the Conservatives to deflect attention away from their true agenda"? To defeat and destroy any attempt to protect the environment and to open the door for energy corporations to destroy our landscape?

The answer to this question is YES. If Stephen Harper truly cared about Canada then this government would NOT be awarding billions of dollars to America for lead sleds like the F-35 or 1.25 billion for military vehicles that could be built in Canada. There is no greater evidence of the Conservative agenda than their picking up the Michigan portion of the new bridge.

If Stephen Harper and his anti-environment psychos had any brains they would be more interested in saving Canada rather than becoming an American entity.
