Really! This is a real life restaurant on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia Canada. I first came across one of these "Lick A Chick" restaurants in Sunnyside NS just outside of Dartmouth NS back in 1973.
Every joke imaginable has been made about the name and the sign.
