Well Bob I guess you have come to the attention of the secretive Communications Security Establishment along with, well probably all the rest of Canada.
ReplyDeleteI do believe they claim the capacity to monitor all communication in the country simultaneously and with super computing filter for desired words.
I note however that their staggering expenditures not withstanding one is using XP while the other is still using explorer 7 and that they occupy an Ottawa edifice of no less than 775,000 sq ft. (how big is that exactly)
I note that the new building is a P3 so that some party supporter can grab a "Mulroney" on the deal like with airbus.
