And the winner of the Ontario leaders debate is......

Mike Schreiner of the Green Party of Ontario.

Hands down, Mike won, he did not have to subject himself or his party to one of the least inspiring debates in political history.

I foolishly expected to see and hear substance from the leaders not a rehash of everything we see in their TV advertisements.

Boring, borING, BORING.

Wynne came into the debate with much baggage and while she, and the audience, expected her to be attacked the constant and persistent references took away any opportunity for voters to really hear and understand the platforms of the three leaders.

Of the three Horwath appeared to be the most sincere although she did falter near the end.

As for Hudak, he failed to inspire or convince the voters that his "milliom jobs" plan was viable. He was however, more composed than in past debates and seemed more confident.

Comment found of FB:

Fact:
You cannot be anti-Harper and pro-Hudak.
They are clones.
Neither has ever had a job.
Both have the same degrees....
Both believe the right wing trickle down disproven economic theories that have devastated this country.
Both need to disappear down the sewer of history.

Hudak is the youngest member of the 3H club, a right wing extremist group consisting of Harris/Harper/Hudak whose platform is the abolition of essential services, filling corporate coffers and destroying the middle class.

Unfortunately for Ontario Tim Hudak has learned nothing from Stephen Harpers "Economic Action Plan" nor his failures to create jobs for Canadians other than those part time positions in the service industry.

Ontario's only real hope in this coming election is for a minority government although any attempt to prop up the party with the greatest number of seats will be very difficult under the present leaders.

So Ontario, VOTE but hold your nose when you do.
