The Fixer Upper....
In 1992 we bought a fixer upper here in Burlington. The previous owner was a bank manager and tighter than a Scotsman's sack. This is Jason's room with 30 years and 4 to 5 layers of wallpaper. This is what we found under the wall paper.........
