Built to order Chevy 2 door 210 Series - the car that started the craze

Back in ancient times BN (Before Nippon) and the Japanese car invasion of North America we would sit down with the salesman at our favourite dealership and order our car. We could option it out as we pleased.... "Which model are you looking at"?... "how many doors 2 or 4?... uh 2".... "Bench seats or bucket"? ... then we got into engine and transmission options as well as suspension.... it was one hell of a cool era.

We could trick out our ride then sit back and wait for it to be built and delivered, what a life.
