WTF Canada?

Conservative party officials will be travelling to Labrador to continue their review of Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Peter Penasuhe's campaign spending during the last federal election, CBC Radio'sThe House host Evan Solomon reported Saturday.

Why is anyone, outside of Elections Canada, allowed to review the records of an accused? Seriously, this is a breach of justice to allow the accused or their representative to have the opportunity to tamper with evidence. The Conservatives are not only under suspicion for voter fraud in other constituencies but they have been found guilty and willingly paid fines for electoral misconduct in the in and out scandal.

Where in the hell is judicial control over this potential fraud?

Would we allow the Mafia to investigate one of their executioners? No. So why are we allowing the Conservatives to investigate one of their own?
