on each side.
With arms at your side and holding a 5 Lb. potato bag in each hand,
raise your arms straight out from your sides to shoulder level.
Try to hold your arms in that position for 20 seconds.
Repeat this exercise every day and you will find that you will be able
to hold this position just a little longer each day. Try to eventually
reach one full minute.
After a few weeks move up to 10 Lb. potato bags. Repeat the
process and then try 50 Lb. potato bags.
Then eventually try to get to where you can lift 100 Lb. potato
bags in each hand and hold your arms straight out for a full one
minute (I'm at this level).
After you feel very comfortable at this level - put a potato in each bag.
