Shortly after the investigation into the RoboCalls in Guelph Ontario began to close in on Conservative candidate Marty Burkes campaign and his organizers Ken Morgan and Michael Sona, Morgan dropped off the map only to reappear in Kuwait.
Investigations and court challenges of RoboCalls outside of Ontario have drawn the conclusion that there was, in fact, an organized effort by someone within the CPC to use the CIMS list to illegally misdirect voters across Canada, in particular where the race was close.
Subverting the democratic process is a crime in Canada, Michael Sona has been found guilty and sentenced to 9 months plus 15 months probation for what is alleged to be his part however he continues to deny any participation in the attack on Canada's democratic process.

I was curious as to who and where that comment came from, fortunately I have a tracking program that identifies every hit to my blog and gives me its location. It was from Kuwait.

Don't be fooled by the "length of visit" as the tracking program registers "0" when only one page is visited..... I have a second tracking program that is behind the scene, it is far more in depth and will allow me to backtrack on a viewer if I so desire.
