Charging Officers is BULLSHIT

Before I go into my diatribe of who should be charged I want everyone to know that I support the officer on the street. These men and women believe in upholding the law and protecting you and I, even if it means dying in the act of protecting your rights.

So why am I the first one to say that police working the G20 acted inappropriately? Do I believe they should be charged? Yes and No

But.... there is always a but.....the officer on the street was acting under orders.... I don't give a S#!T what Bill Blair says..... orders came from above..... none of these street officers, and I mean NONE, sat around the local pub and talked amongst themselves as to how they would kettle protesters.

This whole scenario was predetermined by those at the top. Officers reacted to the protesters based on prior practice and order by their bosses. The actions and plans were premeditated, not by the grunt on the street but from the PMO..... yes people I believe that the orders to restrain and prevent legitimate protesters from approaching the fence came from the PMO..... Why? Because nobody..... NO BLOODY BODY in Toronto has a Gestapo attitude.... it had to come from OTTAWA  and the office of Vic Toews/Stephen Harper

Who else had a reason to stop the protesters..... enter the Black Block who caused excessive damage but in the end got off scott free..... who protected them?

Come on people give me a better scenario.....

These officers are being held up as scapegoats for those who ordered the kettling and arrests....... who ordered the Nazi style holding cells? Definitely not those being charged.

Once these officers realize that it is not "Us against Them" and that the "Blue Wall will not protect them" I hope they will testify as to why they interfered with the rights of the people to protest and that it was against their better judgement.

I hope that those officers being charged get the same treatment as the ones who were protected by the Feds..... CASE DISMISSED.... even though they were wrong and carried out orders with blind loyalty.
