Minister of the Gestapo - Vic Toews

So.... Vic Toews has introduced a bill in the House whereby internet providers are to monitor and report on possible child pornographers......

This is just another smoke screen. A waste of time in the House of Commons by the Conservative Party.

It is my understanding that ......

- If you are the owner/operator of a corporation and knowingly or should know that an illegal operation is/may be occurring through your corporation it is incumbent upon you to report said illegal activity. No Legislation needed

- failure to report illegal activity through your corporation can and will make you culpable. This can lead to criminal charges or civil lawsuits. No Legislation needed

I cannot imagine what the cost to tax payers will be to set up a group of investigators to review and inspect possible abusers on the internet, but you can be sure it will exceed the gun registry.

It just boggles my mind as to why, when our police forces are having such great success, we need to spend time in the House on a bill that is redundant.

As a corporation how will I know what is and what is not suspicious activity? My best bet will be to report all suspicious activity.... which will jam up the investigative process.

"Opponents are supporters of child pornographers" you say.

Well you stupid "PUKE' I have news for you.. it was your opponents who introduced the majority of the existing child protection laws.... back when you were in opposition.

Conservatives on the "Long Gun Registry" .... it infringes on the rights of innocent Canadians.

Conseratives on "Internet Surveilance" It doesn't infringe on the rights of innocent Canadians.
