How stupid............DUH
The overwhelming majority of taxpayers calling-in for info, help or advice from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) get only a busy signal.
In Question Period, the Minister says if taxpayers can't get decent service they should complain, but how can they if no one answers the phone?
She also says the disgruntled can go to the CRA Ombudsman, but that position has been vacant for a year.
