Customer service ain't what it use to be.




Customer Service has been on the decline for many years. I think it has hit an
all-time low. It is simply disgusting, no matter what store I shop at or service
that I want to purchase,  for instance...

I was at a Home Depot, looking to purchase a new fridge. The Sale clerk
informed me that, they charge for delivery and they drop off the fridge
at your curbside. ????    Where is Eatons ??

I was at a Wal-Mart recently, asking a young employee about a BBQ.
She answered my question with .... I don't know ?????

I was at the check-out counter at a Shoppers Drug Mart and I
inquried about a product that I could not find on the shelf.  The cashier
said.... I don't know, maybe the truck did not deliver, would
you like to donate $2 to this charity  - Hell no ! and I stormed
out of the store.

Last November, Bell Canada installed our Bell Fibe TV. It was a promotional
deal - 6 months free. When I asked for an operation manual, the
technician said, I can't give you the one I have ???
 
My wife and I walked into a patio furniture store one evening. We were
the only customers there. We looked around for awhile and as we were
headed for the exit, the sales person says..... can I help you folks, to
which I answered..........too late buddy, we are on our way out.
 
Simply no respect for the customer ! Customers pay your salary !
Does any one have their own poor customer service stories to tell?
