This says it all, Stephen Harper has surrounded himself with much incompetence. Bev Oda, Lisa Raitt, Rona Ambrose, Tony Clement, Jason Kenney, Lawrie Hawn, John Baird and now Julian Fantino ..... the list goes on and on. He is making a mockery of Canadian politics by nominating puppets who are at his beckon call.
