NASA Scientist comments on the "Oil Sands"

Well good Canadians it would appear that the Dis-Honerable Newscaster Peter Kent is far more knowledgable on environmental issues than a NASA Scientist.

It is one thing to exploit the oil sands yet another to do F#@K ALL to reduce the damage caused by this dirty oil.
