Dominion Park Montreal

Morning Bob, I am sure that many of your subscribers are very familiar with Montreal's Coney Island "Belmont Park" but I doubt that many were aware that there was a predecessor and it was called "Dominion Park". It was in existence from 1906-1938 and was located on Notre Dame St east. I have attached a picture of the park,which was on the cover of a postcard of the day. The picture showed up yesterday on The blog of Pointe St Charles edited by George McRae who graciously sent me a copy which I am forwarding to you. JMcC
