Those Heart Machines

This is a very important short video on the proper care of a suspected heart attack victim. Take the short self explanatory test.

We should ALL know how to perform this life saving with the use of the AED.

Most if not all schools, recreation centres and sports clubs have these devices.

You never know when you might be in need yourself or someone nearby.

We have all walked by the Red Cross sign in airports indicating where a AED heart machine is located.

Do you know what is in them and how to use it? I did not.
