The Two Faces of Stephen Harper

While attending the Francaphonie Conference in the Congo Stephen Harper addressed the issue of Human Rights and Abuses, and rightfully so. He showed concern in public because he does not need them however, when in China he failed to address their abuses in public. Why, because he needs them..... two standards.... two faces
