When I first heard that Target was "permitted" to buy Zellers after agreeing to sell Canadian products I thought what a pile of boloney. This Government is all about pretence not substance. Do you really believe they would reject Target salvaging a failing Canadian icon if they didn't agree to sell some exclusively Canadian items?
If you do, then you are the Conservatives target market.... no pun intended.
Let's not forget that the seller of Zellers is The Bay which is no longer a Canadian icon but rather a foreign owned entity in itself.

Whether it's James Moore on industry requirements, Diane Finley on EI changes or Jason Kenney on immigration changes they're superficial and the spin doctors in the PMO put out misleading information solely to make it appear they are working in our best interest.
To top it off Jason Kenney has written a petition thanking himself for the immigration and refugee changes in this years budget.......

Is he really that insecure that he has to seek out approval? My prediction is: when he obtains a sufficient amount of Conservative signatures on his Thank Myself petition he will, along with the PMO, brag about how happy the majority of Canadians are with his efforts. More misleading information, his Thank Myself petition only addresses Conservations who believe that the changes were meaningful.
He not only wants your signature but your email address as well, and to what end, so they can fill your email box with more smoke and mirrors I suspect? Their logic most likely is, anyone who signs it must be a sympathizer and is open to propaganda from the Master Party. It is an old brainwashing technique used in 1930's Germany, find a sympathizer, inundate them with propaganda and they will carry the Master Party message to others.
