Hooray for Quebec
It's the first province that is going to require drug testing for welfare
recipients. At least to GET welfare! Hopefully, this will evolve into a
program that requires the people to take a drug AND alcohol test every month
to continue getting benefits. Some people are crying that this is
unconstitutional. How is this unconstitutional? It's completely legal that
every other working person has to pass a drug test in order to have a J-O-B,
and the honor to work and pay taxes to support those on welfare!

I've researched in Goggle today trying to find a reputable source for this e-mail that is circulating? I've also searched it in Snopes to no avail.

Seems to me thus far it is a Hoax finding no news coverage on it at all.
