Red kohii in Japan

Kochia, or summer cypress – is perhaps the most unusual and attractive plant that can be seen in Japan. This fluffy-looking (but actually pretty thorny) shrub, which often can be seen on the tile than on the East Asia creates unique, but attractive in autumn when the branches and stems are bright red.

Thanks Sylvia
