Ford Funny

For those of you living outside Canada and are not aware, here is the explanation  -  The city of Toronto has a mayor by the name of Rob Ford who we all know has been linked to crack cocaine – he says that he can explain that the reason he got caught on camera with a glass pipe was because he was drunk out of his mind at the time!!  -  Oh and to top it all off he refuses to step down as mayor!!   -   Win
