I was crossing the Victoria Bridge Saturday morning to the "shore" as they now call it, along side of a rather long freight train. We were moving a little faster than the train. But I had a chance to observe the iron wonder. The whole bridge was shaking and swaying and I specially noticed the support tension rods with huge bolts on them were flapping about wildly. Odette mentioned that it was a good thing we were not stopped because it probably would scare the sh_t out of her.
But definitely better than the Champlain.
