Rona's new parrot

During a lull between the speeches at a recent Parliament Hill
           Correspondent's dinner, Rona Ambrose's house boy J. P. leans over to chat with Jason Kenney,

Former Minister of Immigration.

"You know, I bought Rona a parrot for her birthday. 

The bird is so
smart, Rona has already taught her to pronounce over two hundred
words!"

 
"Wow, that's pretty impressive," says Jason, "but, you do realize that
she just speaks the words -- she doesn't really understand what they
mean." 
"Oh, I know," J. P. replies, "Neither does the parrot."
