Will the stupidity in the Harper caucus ever end?

Yet another program, 5 years too late, being prematurely advertised and promoted without the consultation and support of Provincial governments and Industry.

Is this just another attempt to distract Canadians from the incompetence of Stephen Harper and his caucus? It certainly appears so, since the idea comes as the economic slowdown continues and the ship of fools in the PMO are trying to justify the Senate cover ups.

Canadians have to realize that Stephen Harper never held down a real job other than politics, and has no inter-action skills with co-workers or in management. A degree in economics means absolutely nothing if you do not have applicable knowledge and skills. To compound his inabilities to manage he lacks interpersonal skills and judgment.

So why would any man, with a degree in economics, waste taxpayer dollars advertising a program that has not been studied, discussed with political partners or with industry? He needs to show people that his government is doing something ..... again they are being reactive and not pro-active.... implementation without forethought and planning.

Yet another program without the input of all parties like the Temporary Immigration Program and the EI changes were.
