To all the folks who railed about Kathleen Wynne and electricity rates - and voted for Drug Lord - the joke is on you. She had actually lowered rates because of all the wailing.

For verification of this chart, I checked my last bill to see what the rates were prior to November 1st. Then I went to the Ontario Energy Board website to see what they posted.
The chart is ACCURATE!
