Birth of a son to my Great Grandfather Charles Havelock Taylor

Strange things happen in every family but none stranger than finding a birth announcement in ones grandfathers diary and being unable to verify the information.

My grandfather Arthur Havelock Taylor was born in 1894 and is verifiable by a letter from Feller Institute issued to the Federal Government in 1963 when Arthur applied for Canada pension.

The letter states that he was enrolled at Feller, at the age of 16, in 1910. That would put the year of his birth at 1894 or so.

So who is this? A search in the area of Bridgewater Ontario turned up nothing.
