Is it time to join the movement ?

Idle no more as part of a greater struggle seen through the eyes of Dr. Gerald Caplan.
Is this not the moment then for Kalle Lasn, brainchild behind Adbusters magazine and the godfather of the Occupy Movement, to summon us to battle once again, this time mobilizing behind Idle No More? It seems to me there’s real potential for a genuinely mass movement of the kind that Stephen Harper has signally failed to encounter to this point. Hundreds of thousands, and more likely millions, of Canadians are furious at his government for one or another of its cornucopia of transgressions, and have largely protested sitting on their backsides.

Thanks Ed.... a great read, I have wondered why Canadians of all colours do not join in and voice our objections along side the aboriginal movement. The Harper government actions affect us all. Stephen Harper has shown that he has no interest in working with others whether it is the opposition, the provinces or the aboriginals.

He snubbed the AFN for months then refused to attend the Premiers meeting sending a group of flunkies in his place. The premiers all went home like whipped dogs with their courage between their legs. If it were not for the "Idle No More" movement he still would not sit down and talk with the AFN. In my opinion he is still hoping that this will all go away, the meetings will hit a stalemate and go silent once more if all Canadians don't rise up in opposition.
