As Steve feeds Canadians bull our debt actually grows overall

What is significant to note is that what Harper is doing, is not decreasing the need for taxes, not saving money, not doing anything except driving up the global debt and transferring expenses - current debt - to the provinces.

 It would normally be expected that costs would grow in proportion to the increase in population, and inflation plus the consideration of an aging population. Steve when he isn't actively slashing is cutting by non or under funding and by transferring all to the provinces.

The red line is the federal gov. It declines as the provincial (blue line) grows as does the overall cost of government.
