The only salvation for Canada's return to a respected World leader is the abolition of the Harper government.

Twenty first century slavery at its most egregious. A TFWP that not only favours corporations but one that has no management nor supervision. Jason Kenney, Head Slave Master of the Conservative Party, designed a program whereby industry could apply for workers and manage them without government supervision. THAT my fellow Canadians is the Conservative way to run a country..... no government intervention no protection of its citizens.

We have seen this abdication of Federal responsibility in every industry across Canada from the XL meat processing fiasco to EI abuses, from Veterans Affairs abuses to the TSB.

The only way to end the lies, the Senate corruption, the Election cheating is to wipe the CPC off Canada's electoral map.

Foreign worker reports death threats, coercion

Records show temp foreign workers paid next to nothing for work at B.C. mall kiosks

A temporary foreign worker who sold massage devices and other products in mall kiosks has reported he and his colleagues worked hundreds of hours for no pay, while forced to live under constant threat of deportation.

“It’s all organized from the start,” said Anton Soloviov, 25, who worked for 0860005 B.C. Ltd, a company run by B.C. resident Dor Mordechai and his wife, Anna Lepski.

The couple operated kiosks in malls in B.C.’s Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island, including in Nanaimo's Woodgrove Centre, where Soloviov worked.

“They import you as a worker. Then they put you to 12-hours-a-day work…and they don’t pay you. So basically, that’s human trafficking,” he said.

Companies applied for and received approval to bring in cheap (slave) labour from foreign countries ...... the problem..... Jason Kenney and his ship of fools were to lazy and incompetent to put a series of checks and balances to ensure the treatment of these slaves was in a humane manner.

Now that the shit has hit the fan they tell us that "new" checks and balances will be put in place and that those abusing the system will be charged..... really????

What that likely means in conservative speak is that the RCMP will be dispatched to meet with and terrorize the Temporary Foreign Workers on behalf of their masters in the HOC.
