Early 40's T-4 Slip

Here is my grandfathers early 1940's T-4 slip from the Steel Company of Canada. Look at the tax paid. And that was during the Second World War.


Imagine how bad off we would be if Harper, Flaherty and Baird had 13.22 from each working Canadian to spend on National Defence
