Comment on Canada's Action Plan - Outsource

Check the strip ads at the bottom of the Environment Canada Weather Office site.

The government can place its ads free while the opposition couldn't even offer to pay for such a placement.

This contributes further to their democracy deficit by promoting more public cynicism.
