Rob Ford should be fully aware that he was in conflict..... he has been a local poitician for years ...... and he does not know the rules of Toronto .... excuse me????

I don't suppose Al Capone was well versed in prohibition law either but then willful ignorance is no better a defence than accidental ignorance even if it is true which is highly doubtful in this case.
