Photographer Eric Dumigan - Lancaster pics

Some really nice shots and some that are so reminiscent of what had played out during the war, flying over farm fields and shore lines and even fighter escorts! Brilliant! These are pretty cool pictures of the Lancaster ; all taken by renowned aviation photographer Eric Dumigan.

What started as a hobby for Eric at age nine soon turned into a life long passion. To date Eric has written over 220 articles and has more than 2,600 photographs published in calendars, books and magazines. His family photo collection dates back three generations to when his grandfather photographed the R-100 airship at St. Hubert, Quebec in 1930.

Thanks Sue Fran... the Lancaster flies over my house quite often and one knows it is coming by the distinct sound of the engines.
